By purchasing a ticket to the Le Falls Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase a ticket.

2. Ticket Purchase and Access

Ticket Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details and instructions for event entry.

Event Details: Your ticket grants access to the Le Falls Event, including any event materials provided on-site. M5V Developments reserves the right to modify event details (date, time, or venue) if necessary, with reasonable notice to ticket holders

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment: The ticket price is clearly stated at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by M5V Developments. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. No refunds will be available for rescheduled events or if you are unable to attend.

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner during the event. M5V Developments reserves the right to revoke your ticket and deny entry if your behavior is disruptive or violates event policies.

M5V Developments does not guarantee any specific financial or business outcomes as a result of attending the event. Your success depends on your individual efforts and external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M5V Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase of a ticket or attendance at the event. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
